Our Story

Impact Hub Aleppo was born from a shared vision of a group people from both Aleppo and the global community who spent years providing humanitarian support throughout the conflict in Syria. As Syria entered a new chapter, they recognized that long-term recovery would require a sustainable approach that empowers the people of Syria to shape their own future. They envisioned a space driven by the people of Aleppo and their ideas: one that creates opportunities, empowers entrepreneurs, fosters innovation and strengthens the city’s social fabric. They first founded The Hub in 2025 and in 2026 transitioned the space to become Syria’s first Impact Hub. As part of the global Impact Hub Network, we connect entrepreneurs, creatives, civil society, students and the private sector—not only with one another, but also with global knowledge, expertise, partnerships and opportunities. Together, we transform local ideas into lasting social, cultural and economic impact for Aleppo and for Syria.
